Resistance Value: 5kg - 15kg
The 13mm Resistance Band is very useful for any smaller muscles that need direct activation. It can be used as light hypertrophy, high rep training in isolation such as bicep curls, tricep pushdown and hamstring curls.
It's great for activating:
- Shoulders (internal external rotations)
- Rhomboids (band pull apart)
- Hamstrings (banded hamstring curls)
- Hip flexors (hip flexor raises).
