The 22mm Resistance Band is very useful for activation of the lats. It’s great band to do any sort of Pallof press, which is great for oblique development and can be used as a light band to assist in chin-ups slightly. It’s also good to use as a light resistance when doing any sort of banded work such as banded squats and deadlifts.
