The 22mm Resistance Band is very useful for activation of the lats. It’s a great band to do any sort of Pallof press, which is great for oblique development and can be used as a light band to assist in chin-ups slightly. It’s also good to use as a light resistance when doing any sort of banded work such as banded squats and deadlifts.
