Someone wanting to be a great powerlifter will have to invest their time and energy into various elements such as training, dieting, sleeping and also invest quite a bit of money into their chosen sport. All ‘requirements’ which are well worth the trade off when becoming great.
PPP was made to show lifters that the small things add up. Of course this is true in life, but also in powerlifting. The small time investment of prevention and preparation methods, along with the traditional methods required to be successful at powerlifting will go a long way to improving your training as a powerlifter.
Powerlifting is an individual sport that’s for sure, however I believe it has the potential to have one of the biggest community groups when comparing it to all the other sports out there.
The weakest link in the chain is going to be the factor that causes you to fail a big lift. A big portion of the time it’s your mid section that lets you down when trying to perform a heavy lift.
